How to delete your account
Apex State account deletion is handled inside the app.
Open Apex State and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Go to Settings.
Select Delete Account and confirm the deletion request.
How to request deletion of data without deleting your account
If you want some or all Apex State data removed but want to keep your account active, email help@arcturusdc.com from the address linked to your account.
Include the subject line Apex State data deletion request and tell us what you want removed.
You can request deletion of:
- Specific bike profiles and setup records
- Track session data
- Tyre and suspension history
- Notes and feedback entries
- All app-stored data while keeping the account shell active
We may need to verify account ownership before processing a deletion request.
What is deleted
- Your Apex State account record
- Your saved bike profiles
- Your track session records
- Your tyre pressures and suspension settings history
- Your notes and riding feedback
- Any data you contributed to Paddock View
Retention period
Deletion window
Account data is permanently deleted within 30 days of the deletion request.
Selective data-deletion requests are also processed within 30 days of verification.
Anonymised analytics data cannot be linked back to a deleted account.
Important notes
- Deleting your Apex State account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
- If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately in your Apple or Google subscription settings before deleting your account.
