Sprocket: Calm Phone Helper is an AI-assisted voice and text assistant designed to help people with everyday tasks on their smartphone. It is provided by Arcturus Digital Consulting, registered in England and Wales.

2. Using Sprocket: Calm Phone Helper

What Sprocket: Calm Phone Helper is for:

Sprocket: Calm Phone Helper is for personal, non-commercial use. You may use it to ask questions, set reminders, store personal notes, get step-by-step help with your phone, and understand confusing messages.

What Sprocket: Calm Phone Helper is not:

Sprocket: Calm Phone Helper is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Replies are for general information only.

Emergency situations:

Sprocket: Calm Phone Helper is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in danger, call 999 (UK) or your local emergency number.

3. Free use and Sprocket Unlock

If you sign in with Apple or Google, you get 20 free questions and can keep your notes safe if you change your phone. All features are available during free use.

3.2 Sprocket Unlock - one-time purchase

To continue using Sprocket: Calm Phone Helper after your free questions are used, you can purchase Sprocket Unlock as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase.

• Price: GBP 59.99 (one-time, no ongoing charge)
• Unlock is permanent. You pay once and keep it.
• Unlocked users can ask up to 60 questions per day.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase.

Prices include VAT where applicable and may vary by region.

3.3 What you get with Sprocket Unlock

All app features, including voice assistant, Untangle Text, step-by-step tech help playbooks, reminders, and memory notes. Up to 60 questions per day.

3.4 Restoring a purchase

If you previously purchased Sprocket Unlock and are using a new device or reinstalled the app, tap "Restore previous purchase" on the unlock screen.

3.5 No recurring charges

Sprocket Unlock is not a subscription. There are no automatic renewals, monthly charges, or annual fees.

3.6 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store policy. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. AI service - acceptable use

Sprocket: Calm Phone Helper uses OpenAI's AI to generate replies. You agree not to use Sprocket: Calm Phone Helper to:

• Attempt to bypass, manipulate, or jailbreak the AI system
• Generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Submit personal data of third parties without their knowledge
• Use the service for commercial, resale, or automated purposes

We reserve the right to terminate access if these terms are violated.

5. Accuracy of AI responses

Sprocket: Calm Phone Helper responses are generated by AI and may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Verify important information using official sources.

6. Your content

Notes and reminders remain yours. They stay on your device and, if you sign in, are backed up to our UK servers. Questions are processed by OpenAI as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your questions or generated replies.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Sprocket: Calm Phone Helper reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. AI functionality depends on OpenAI availability.

8. Updates and changes

9. Limitation of liability
